Digital Literacy AI Coach is operated by SentinelAI LLC. References to the platform, program, “we,” or “us” in these terms refer to the Digital Literacy AI Coach learning service operated by SentinelAI LLC.

Learning service

The platform provides self-paced educational content, practice activities, assessments, instructor feedback, support, live tutoring when available, and eligible course or program credentials. Course descriptions state the current learning scope and requirements.

Accounts and responsible use

Keep your account secure, provide accurate registration information, and verify the email address associated with purchases and credentials. Do not share an account, impersonate another person, interfere with platform security, upload malicious material, submit confidential information, or present another person’s work as your own.

Assessment and credentials

Completion requires the published lessons, practical work, human review where required, and passing assessment results. Credentials are issued by Digital Literacy AI Coach and SentinelAI LLC. They are not college credit, professional licensure, or third-party accreditation unless a course page explicitly states otherwise.

AI and external resources

AI Tutor responses are draft learning support subject to human supervision and may be incomplete. Learners remain responsible for checking important information. External resources are provided for convenience and remain governed by their owners’ terms and availability.

Payments and refunds

Prices are displayed before checkout and payments are processed by Stripe. Refund eligibility is explained in the published Refund Policy. Organization-sponsored access may follow the sponsoring organization’s separate agreement.

Live tutoring

Live tutoring is included for enrolled learners when sessions are scheduled, unless a future session is clearly marked with a separate price before reservation. Availability varies and is not guaranteed for every course, date, or time zone. Learners must follow tutor instructions and Zoom meeting rules.

Availability and changes

We may correct errors, maintain security, improve curriculum, or retire future course offerings. A learner’s active enrollment remains connected to its published course release so completed work and requirements remain consistent.
