Who operates this service

Digital Literacy AI Coach is operated by SentinelAI LLC. SentinelAI LLC is responsible for the platform-controlled learner information described in this notice.

Information we process

We process account information, enrollment and payment status, learning progress, assessment responses, submitted assignments, instructor feedback, support messages, live-session reservations, certificate records, and security or audit events needed to operate the platform.

Why we use it

Information is used to provide learning services, process enrollment, protect accounts, evaluate progress, support learners, schedule tutoring, issue and verify credentials, improve approved curriculum and support quality, and meet legal or security obligations.

Service providers

Specialized providers may process limited information for hosting, authentication, payments, email, video meetings, and human-supervised AI assistance. These currently include Vercel, Auth0, Stripe, Microsoft, Zoom, and OpenAI. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by this platform.

AI Tutor and personalization

When a learner uses the AI Tutor, the platform may provide the selected course and lesson, recorded lesson completion, assessment results, and instructor-visible assignment feedback to generate a more relevant explanation or recommendation. Learners choose the course and lesson used for each conversation. Recommendations are advisory and do not change grades, required coursework, certificates, or instructor decisions.

AI Tutor conversations and their learning context may be recorded and reviewed by authorized instructors or administrators for safety and quality. Do not enter passwords, financial details, health information, confidential workplace information, or other sensitive personal data.

Sharing and public credentials

We do not sell learner information. Authorized instructors and organization administrators see only records within their assigned learning scope. Certificate verification displays the learner name, credential, issuing program or learning account, issue date, identifier, and current validity status.

Retention and choices

Learning and credential records are retained while needed to provide the service, preserve credential integrity, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion review by contacting support. Some credential, payment, security, or audit records may need to be retained.
