Use this short guide after registration or enrollment. It explains the complete journey from payment confirmation to your verified certificate.
Open My learning
Choose your personal or organization-sponsored learning account, select the course, and open your first lesson.
Follow the course in order
Read the classroom notes, complete guided practice, use the trusted references, and finish the follow-up assignment for each lesson.
Submit practical work
Use Practice or the assignment panel inside the lesson. Submit only fictional or non-sensitive examples, then watch for instructor feedback.
Complete assessments
Take each module knowledge check. Your available attempts, passing score, and any review requirement appear before submission.
Use personalized Tutor support
From a lesson or Progress, open AI Tutor with the course and lesson selected. Review the verified learning summary, then ask for another explanation, examples, hints, or practice questions.
Earn and verify your certificate
When every required activity is complete, issue your course certificate from your dashboard and use its ID on the public verification page.
Keep your information safe
Never submit real passwords, payment details, identification numbers, or confidential workplace information in lessons, assignments, support requests, or AI Tutor conversations.
