ACCESSIBILITY

Learning should be usable by everyone

Accessibility statement · Updated October 16, 2026

Our commitment

SentinelAI LLC is working to make Digital Literacy AI Coach perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust across common browsers, assistive technologies, desktop computers, tablets, and mobile phones.

Current design practices

The platform uses semantic headings and landmarks, keyboard-accessible controls, visible focus indicators, text alternatives for meaningful images, descriptive link and button labels, responsive layouts, status announcements, and color choices designed for readable contrast.

Known limitations

Third-party services such as Auth0, Stripe, Zoom, and externally linked learning resources control their own interfaces. Accessibility may also vary across older browsers or assistive-technology combinations. We continue testing important learner journeys and correcting confirmed barriers.

Request an accommodation or report a barrier

Email support@digitliteracy.com with the page, task, device or assistive technology, and a description of the problem. Do not include passwords or sensitive information. Our goal is to acknowledge accessibility requests within two business days and provide an alternative or resolution as promptly as practical.

Standards

Our working target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA for platform-controlled learner experiences. This statement describes an ongoing commitment and does not claim that every third-party page or external resource has been independently certified.
